The location is great for visiting the 5 terre a ten minute walk you are at the station. Great welcome and availability by Marco and also Marco's Mom a very kind lady, Marco explained and gave us all the solutions to move around the area. The room comfortable with terrace and soundproof. Also very good cleanliness.
Possibility to drink good coffee in the morning!!!
Another important thing about this place is the parking! Highly recommended!

Welcoming owners and very helpful! Very large room. Kitchen and bathroom in the room. Center and station within walking distance. Free public parking in front of the facility. TV, wi-fi and air conditioning.

The facility was well laid out with attention to many details that I didn't think I would find in a rooming house. I was pleasantly surprised! The room was spacious, equipped with full-length mirror, area to store and hang suitcase and clothes, desk, shelves and quite modern style. The location was good about ten minutes from the station, a bit farther if you consider the farthest point of the port where it takes about 30 min always walking, but for those like me who don't mind walking, it is always doable. Helpfulness and friendliness from the staff and coffee/tea area available for guests.
